Direct Note Access heralds a whole new age in audio editing: for the first time in audio production history it is possible to edit individual notes within chords and polyphonic recordings – separately!

That means, you can take any piece of music, e.g. from one of your music CDs, and change basically the melody of the song. This is a demonstration video:
Three weeks ago, Judith and I went to the Blue Man Group Show in San Jose. Although everyone I talked to and who had already seen the Blue Man Group told me that the show “is ok”, I liked it a lot. Here are some impressions from the show:

I just read on macnews.de, that Apple’s iTunes Store currently offers the live version of Jan Delay’s album “Mercedes Dance” for only 1,98€. It is really great!
=> Buy it!
BTW…Apple offers DRM free music since today…

I found a very cool iTunes-Visualizer called Magnetosphere. Although it is version 0.1 beta, it looks amazing and is available for Mac OS X and Windows. Give it a try!

The iPod Shuffle, which I pre-ordered in September, finally arrived today. Damn…it’s small! 
Installation was Apple-like: unpack, connect, accept license, iTunes opens and you are ready to transfer music. Sound quality is ok so far. (= sounds good 
)
