Very interesting: When we got the (prepaid) SIM cards yesterday, the shop assistant asked me where my iPhone is from. I told her, that I brought it from Germany (well, it’s a US version, so it travelled from US to Germany and now back but does she really have time to get the full story?
). Then she asked “Is it hacked?”. In the first moment, I was a little bit shocked, but replied “Sure”. Her next comment was astonishing: “Good, otherwise it might not work with your new AT&T SIM card.”
Afterwards, I even got 10$ off on an new headset (20$ instead of 30$), as I had lost mine.
That’s what I call customer care!
