I think I fixed the issue with my Mac Mini, which was not starting anymore. It seems that one of my active usb hubs caused the problem. After plugging off the power supply, the Mac Mini starts as normal. Jippieh… 
Update: Somehow the new SMC-Firmware-Update, which was published by Apple this morning, seems to be involved into fixing the issue as well. Mh, I don’t care…it is working again…and that’s great.
